(Bu konudaki) icma&rsquo;\u0131, birden fazla kimse nakletmi\u015ftir. Bunlardan biri; el-Burhan adl\u0131 kitab\u0131nda ez-Zerke\u015fi&rsquo;dir. Ebu Cafer&rsquo;in konuyla ilgili ifadesi \u015f&ouml;yledir:<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><em>\"&Acirc;yetlerin sure i&ccedil;indeki s\u0131ralan\u0131\u015f\u0131, bizzat Peygamber -sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem-'in emri ve uygulamas\u0131yla vuku bulmu\u015ftu ve bu hususta m&uuml;sl&uuml;manlar aras\u0131nda herhangi bir ihtilaf da s&ouml;z konusu de\u011fildir.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><em>Metinlere gelince:<\/em><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><em>Ahmed, Eb&ucirc; Dav&ucirc;d, Tirmiz&icirc;, Nes&acirc;&icirc;, \u0130bn Hibb&acirc;n ve H&acirc;kim&rsquo;in \u0130bn-i Abbas'tan -Allah ondan r&acirc;z\u0131 olsun- rivayet etti\u011fine g&ouml;re, o \u015f&ouml;yle demi\u015ftir:<\/em><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><em>\"Osman (b. Affan r.a)&rsquo;a dedim ki; Sizi, &ldquo;mes&acirc;n&icirc;&rdquo;<\/em><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Bu kelime &ldquo;tekrarlanan&rdquo; anlam\u0131na m&uuml;senna&rsquo;n\u0131n veya &ldquo;iki\u015ferli&rdquo; anlam\u0131na mesna&rsquo;n\u0131n &ccedil;o\u011fuludur. Esasen dikkat edilirse, tekrar manas\u0131n\u0131n men\u015fei de &ldquo;ikileme&rdquo;dir. \u0130kilemeden ba\u015flanarak mutlak surette tekrar yap\u0131l\u0131r. Bu vas\u0131f, Kur&rsquo;an\u0131n &ccedil;ifte y&ouml;n&uuml; olan, maksatlar\u0131 tekrarlanan, &ccedil;ok okunan bir metin oldu\u011funu ifade eder. Mesani s\u0131fat\u0131 kitabullah\u0131n maksatlar\u0131n\u0131n vicdanlarda iyice yerle\u015fmesi veya daha &ouml;nce onu i\u015fitmeyenlerin dinleme f\u0131rsat\u0131 bulmas\u0131 y&ouml;n&uuml;nden Allah Teala&rsquo;n\u0131n nimetini hat\u0131rlatmaktad\u0131r. Di\u011fer taraftan bunun, Kur&rsquo;an\u0131n mucizev&icirc; &ouml;zelli\u011fine i\u015faret etmesi anlam\u0131na geldi\u011fi de tefsirlerde yer alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. &Ccedil;&uuml;nk&uuml; bu kadar &ccedil;ok tekrarlanmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen insanlar ondan usanmamakta, maksatlar\u0131ndan hangisi tekrarlan\u0131rsa muhataplar nezdinde hep kabul g&ouml;rmektedir. Nitekim Hz. Peygamber (s.a.s.) Kur&rsquo;an\u0131 tavsif eden bir hadisinde &ldquo;Ve la yahlukuhu kesretu&rsquo;t-terdad&rdquo; (&ccedil;ok tekrar edilmekle a\u015f\u0131nmaz) buyurarak bu vasf\u0131n\u0131 belirtmi\u015ftir.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><em>olan Enfal S&ucirc;resi ile &ldquo;m&icirc;&icirc;n&rdquo;<\/em><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">&Acirc;yet say\u0131s\u0131 y&uuml;z civar\u0131nda olan surelere (y&uuml;zl&uuml;kler anlam\u0131nda) &ldquo;m&icirc;&icirc;n denir.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><em>olan Tevbe S&ucirc;resini arka arkaya ve &ldquo;besmelesiz&rdquo; olarak birbirine ba\u011flamaya iten ve bu iki s&ucirc;reyi 7 uzun s&ucirc;reden ikisi olarak sayman\u0131zdaki g&acirc;ye neydi?.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><em>Osman (b. Affan) dedi ki: &ldquo;Ras&ucirc;lullah -sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem-&rsquo;e belli say\u0131da s&ucirc;re nazil olurdu. Kendisine her ne nazil olmu\u015fsa, hemen (vahiy k&acirc;tiplerini) &ccedil;a\u011f\u0131r\u0131r ve \u015fu &acirc;yetleri \u015furaya, bunlar\u0131 \u015furaya koyunuz derdi. Enfal S&ucirc;resi, Medine d&ouml;neminde, ilk inen s&ucirc;relerdendi, Tevbe ise, Kur&rsquo;an&rsquo;\u0131n en son inen s&ucirc;relerindendi.K\u0131ssalar\u0131 da birbirine benzemekteydi ve bir tek s&ucirc;re san\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Peygamber -sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem- &nbsp;vefat etmeden &ouml;nce bize, bununla ilgili bir a&ccedil;\u0131klama yapmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Bu sebepten dolay\u0131, ben de ikisini yan yana koydum ve ikisi aras\u0131nda da besmele koymad\u0131m. Ama (7 tane) di\u011fer uzun s&ucirc;relerin ba\u015f\u0131na koydum<\/em>.&rdquo; (H&acirc;kim, \u0130snad\u0131 sahihtir demi\u015ftir ve Zeheb&icirc; de ona mutab\u0131k kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. el-M&uuml;stedrek; c: 2, s: 330)<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Bir di\u011feri; Ahmed (b. Hanbel)&rsquo;in M&uuml;sned&rsquo;inde (4\/218) hasen isnad&rsquo;la Osman b. Affan ve \u0130bn-i Ebi&rsquo;l-&Acirc;s&rsquo;tan rivayet etti\u011fi \u015fu hadistir. Demi\u015ftir ki:<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\"Peygamber -sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem-&rsquo;in yan\u0131nda oturuyordum.(Birden) bakakald\u0131 ve g&ouml;zlerini sabitlercesine yere dikiverdi. Ni&ccedil;in bunu yaz\u0131yorsun? O da dedi ki: &ldquo;B\u0131rakamazs\u0131n ey amcam\u0131n o\u011flu! (Kur&rsquo;an&rsquo;dan) hi&ccedil;bir \u015feyi yerinden de\u011fi\u015ftiremem.&rdquo;<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Bir di\u011feri: M&uuml;slim&rsquo;in (1617) numara ile, &Ouml;mer'den -Allah ondan r&acirc;z\u0131 olsun- riv&acirc;yet etti\u011fi:<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\"Ras&ucirc;lullah -sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem- &rsquo;e Kel&acirc;le&rdquo;yi sordu\u011fum kadar ba\u015fka hi&ccedil;bir \u015feyi sormam\u0131\u015f\u0131md\u0131r. &Ouml;yle ki; bir defas\u0131nda parma\u011f\u0131yla g&ouml;\u011fs&uuml;me bast\u0131rarak: &ldquo;Nis&acirc; S&ucirc;resinin sonundaki seyf &acirc;yeti sana yetmiyor mu? Demi\u015fti&rdquo;.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Bir di\u011feri: Bakara S&ucirc;resinin sonlar\u0131(yla ilgili) hadisler.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Ba\u015fka biri de: M&uuml;slim&rsquo;in (809) numara ile Ebu&rsquo;d-Derda&rsquo;dan merfu&rsquo;<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Kayna\u011f\u0131 Hz. Peygamber (s.a.s) olan b&uuml;t&uuml;n s&ouml;z, fiil ve takrirler i&ccedil;in kullan\u0131lan hadis terimi. Merf&ucirc;, l&uuml;gatta, y&uuml;kseltilmi\u015f demektir. Hadis \u0131st\u0131lah\u0131nda, Hz. Peygambere nisbet olunan s&ouml;z, fiil, takrir ve s\u0131fatlara \"merf&ucirc; hadis\" denir. Merf&ucirc; hadisin senedi muttas\u0131l veya munkat\u0131' olabilir. \u0130snattan sahab&icirc; d&uuml;\u015ferse m&uuml;rsel olur. Sahabeden ba\u015fka bir ravi d&uuml;\u015fer veya m&uuml;phem bir r&acirc;v&icirc; zikredilirse o hadise munkat\u0131' denir. Pe\u015fipe\u015fine iki ravi atlanm\u0131\u015fsa mu'dal ismini al\u0131r. Her &uuml;&ccedil; halde de isnad munkat\u0131&rsquo;d\u0131r ama hadis yine merf&ucirc;dur. Zira bir hadisin merf&ucirc; olu\u015fu, isnad\u0131n\u0131n kesintisiz olarak Hz. Peygambere ula\u015fmas\u0131 y&ouml;n&uuml;nden de\u011fil, metnin ona izafe edilmesi bak\u0131m\u0131ndand\u0131r. Kandemir, Ankara 1973, s. 182).<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">olarak rivayet etti\u011fi:<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">&rdquo;Kim, Kehf (S&ucirc;resinin) ba\u015f\u0131ndan 10 &acirc;yet ezberlerse, Deccal (in \u015ferri)&rsquo;nden korunmu\u015f olur&rdquo;.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Ba\u015fka bir riv&acirc;yette: &ldquo;Kim, Kehf S&ucirc;resinin son on &acirc;yetini okursa)&rdquo;<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Peygamber -sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem-&rsquo;in, sahabenin de tan\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, muhtelif s&ucirc;releri okumas\u0131, &acirc;yetlerinin s\u0131ralan\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n tevk&icirc;f&icirc; oldu\u011funun delilidir .Sahabe-i Kiram, Peygamber -sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem-&rsquo;den &ccedil;e\u015fitli vesilelerle duyduklar\u0131 okuyu\u015fundan ba\u015fka, (ki, bu tevat&uuml;r derecesine ula\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r) herhangi bir s\u0131ralama yapmam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">&ldquo;\u0130ntisar&rdquo; adl\u0131 kitab\u0131nda Kad\u0131 Ebu Bekir der ki:<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><em>\"&Acirc;yetlerin tertibi&rsquo; (ne uyulmas\u0131) vaciptir ve zorunlu bir h&uuml;k&uuml;md&uuml;r. &Ccedil;&uuml;nk&uuml; Cebrail -aleyhissel&acirc;m-; &lsquo;\u015eu &acirc;yeti, \u015furaya koyunuz&rsquo; diyordu.\"<\/em><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Yine der ki:<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><em>\"Bizim vard\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z nihai g&ouml;r&uuml;\u015f \u015fudur ki, Allah&rsquo;\u0131n indirmi\u015f oldu\u011fu, Kur&rsquo;an&rsquo;\u0131n yaz\u0131m \u015feklini de\u011fi\u015ftirmeyi emretmedi\u011fi ve neshetmedi\u011fi, Kur&rsquo;an-\u0131 Kerim&rsquo;in tamam\u0131n\u0131n n&uuml;zul&uuml;nden sonra okuyu\u015f olarak (herhangi bir &acirc;yeti) iptal edilmemi\u015f olan Kur&rsquo;an; i\u015fte Osman (b. Ondan asla bir \u015fey eksilmemi\u015f veya ona herhangi br ilave yap\u0131lmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Dizgisi ve nazm\u0131 Allah Teala&rsquo;n\u0131n tertibi ve d&uuml;zeni &uuml;zere, Ras&ucirc;lullah -sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem-&rsquo;in, &acirc;yet ve s&ucirc;releri s\u0131ralad\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibidir. Herhangi bir &acirc;yetin ne bir (sat\u0131r\/sayfa) ileri al\u0131nmas\u0131, ne de geri &ccedil;ekilmesi s&ouml;z konusudur. &Uuml;mmet de, k\u0131raatleri ve tilavetiyle Peygamber -sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem-&rsquo;den ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi, her s&ucirc;renin &acirc;yetlerini ve yerlerini (aynen o&rsquo;nun bildirdi\u011fi \u015fekilde) korumu\u015ftur.\"<\/em><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Be\u011favi, &ldquo;\u015eerh&rsquo;us-S&uuml;nne&rdquo; adl\u0131 kitab\u0131nda demi\u015ftir ki:<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><em>\"Ras&ucirc;lullah -sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem- Kur&rsquo;an&rsquo;dan kendisine nazil olanlar\u0131, \u015fu anki mushaflar\u0131m\u0131zda bulunan s\u0131ralamada oldu\u011fu &uuml;zere ve Cebrail&rsquo;in kendisine bildirdi\u011fi \u015fekliyle her &acirc;yetin yerini; &ldquo;\u015fu &acirc;yeti, \u015fu suredeki, falanca &acirc;yetten sonra, \u015furaya yaz\u0131n\u0131z&rdquo; \u015feklinde ashab\u0131na &ouml;\u011fretiyor ve bildiriyordu. Bu y&uuml;zden, Sahabe-i Kiram&rsquo;\u0131n yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015fey, Kur&rsquo;an&rsquo;\u0131 bir yerde toplamakt\u0131r, yoksa d&uuml;zenleme i\u015fi de\u011fildir yapm\u0131\u015f oldukar\u0131 \u015fey!. Zira, Kur&rsquo;an&rsquo;\u0131 Kerim, Levh-i Mahfuz&rsquo;da bu (g&uuml;nk&uuml;) tertib &uuml;zeredir. Allah Te&acirc;l&acirc;, &ouml;nce, toplu olarak oradan g&ouml;ky&uuml;z&uuml;ne, sonra da ihtiya&ccedil; durumuna g&ouml;re, par&ccedil;a par&ccedil;a (Peygamberine) indirmi\u015ftir. (Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla, &acirc;) n&uuml;zul s\u0131ras\u0131, Kur&rsquo;an&rsquo;daki dizili\u015f ile ayn\u0131 de\u011fildir.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><em>S&ucirc;relerin dizili\u015fine gelince; onlar da ayn\u0131 (&acirc;yetlerde oldu\u011fu gibi, Cebrail taraf\u0131ndan bir emirle mi), yoksa sahabe&rsquo;nin ictihad\u0131 ile mi belirlenmi\u015ftir? Bu konuda (&acirc;limler aras\u0131nda) ihtilaf vard\u0131r. Aralar\u0131nda Malik (b. Enes), Kad\u0131 Ebu Bekir (iki g&ouml;r&uuml;\u015f&uuml;nden birine g&ouml;re)&rsquo;inde oldu\u011fu \u0130sl&acirc;m alimlerinin &ccedil;o\u011funlu\u011funa g&ouml;re; s&ucirc;relerin Kur&rsquo;an&rsquo;daki s\u0131ralan\u0131\u015f d&uuml;zeni, sahabe&rsquo;nin ictihad\u0131 ile belirlenmi\u015ftir.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\u0130bn-i Faris demi\u015ftir ki:<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><em>\"Kur&rsquo;an&rsquo;\u0131n toplanmas\u0131nda iki (&ouml;nemli) husus vard\u0131r:<\/em><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><em>Birincisi s&ucirc;relerin dizili\u015fi. Bu ise, Allah Te&acirc;l&acirc;&rsquo;dan ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 emir &uuml;zerine, Cebrail&rsquo;in i\u015faretiyle, Peygamber Efendimiz -sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem-&rsquo;in &uuml;stlendi\u011fi bir g&ouml;revdir. Buna delil olarak, selef-i salih&icirc;nin (\u0130lk m&uuml;sl&uuml;manlar\u0131n), s&ucirc;relerin dizili\u015fi hususundaki ihtilaflar\u0131 g&ouml;sterilebilir.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">&Ccedil;&uuml;nk&uuml; baz\u0131lar\u0131 s&ucirc;releri, (Ali b. Ebi Talip Mushaf\u0131nda oldu\u011fu gibi), n&uuml;zul s\u0131ras\u0131na g&ouml;re ki, &ldquo;\u0130kra&rdquo; ile ba\u015fl\u0131yordu, arkas\u0131ndan &ldquo;M&uuml;ddessir&rdquo;, &ldquo;N&ucirc;n&rdquo; ve &ldquo;M&uuml;zzemmil&rdquo; \u015feklinde devam ediyor idi. \u0130bn-i Mes&rsquo;&ucirc;d&rsquo;un mushaf\u0131&rsquo; (Ayn\u0131 zamanda Ubey -ibn Ka&rsquo;b&rsquo;\u0131n- mushaf\u0131)&rsquo; n\u0131n...ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131 ise, &ccedil;ok farkl\u0131 bir s\u0131ralan\u0131\u015fla; &ldquo;Bakara&rdquo;, &ldquo;Nisa&rdquo;, &ldquo;&Acirc;l-i \u0130mran&rdquo;&nbsp; \u015feklinde idi.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">&nbsp; &ldquo;el-Burhan&rdquo; adl\u0131 kitab\u0131nda, Kirman&icirc; \u015f&ouml;yle der:<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><em>\"S&ucirc;relerin s\u0131ralan\u0131\u015f\u0131 bu \u015fekildedir. Ayn\u0131 zamanda da, s&ucirc;relerin dizili\u015finin kendi ictihatlar\u0131 oldu\u011funu s&ouml;yleyerek...Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla anla\u015fmazl\u0131k konusu dizili\u015f, s&ouml;zl&uuml; bir emir mi, yoksa fiili bir isnada m\u0131 dayanmaktad\u0131r? Ki, bu hususta onlara g&ouml;r&uuml;\u015f beyan etme imkan\u0131 verilmi\u015f olsun!!??\"<\/em><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">&nbsp; &ldquo;el- Medhal&rdquo; adl\u0131 kitab\u0131nda Beyhaki; Peygamber Efendimiz -sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem-&rsquo;in asr\u0131nda, yukar\u0131da ge&ccedil;en Osman hadisi&rsquo;nde de zikredildi\u011fi &uuml;zere, Enfal ve Tevbe s&ucirc;resi hari&ccedil;, Kur&rsquo;an &acirc;yetleri ve s&ucirc;releri bu (g&uuml;nk&uuml;) s\u0131ralamadaki gibiydi. Demektedir.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">&nbsp; \u0130bn At\u0131yye&rsquo;de;&nbsp;<em>\"T\u0131val (uzun s&ucirc;reler), Hav&acirc;m&icirc;m (H&acirc; m&icirc;&icirc;mler), ve Mufassal<\/em><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><em>Alimler aras\u0131nda ihtilaf olmakla birlikte, &ldquo;Mufassal&rdquo;, Hucurat suresi ile \u015eems veya Duha suresine kadar olan surelere verilen isimdir. Baz\u0131lar\u0131 da; &ldquo;Kaf suresi ile, Kur&rsquo;an\u0131n sonuna kadar olan k\u0131sm\u0131d\u0131r&rdquo; demi\u015flerdir.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><em>gibi bir &ccedil;ok s&ucirc;renin dizili\u015fi, Ras&ucirc;lullah -sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem- hayattayken bilinmekteydi. Bunlar\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndakilerin tertibi ise, Ras&ucirc;lullah -sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem-'den sonra &uuml;mmetin (&ouml;nderlerinin) ictihad\u0131 ile ger&ccedil;ekle\u015fmi\u015f olabilir,\"<\/em>&nbsp;der.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">&nbsp; Ebu Ca&rsquo;fer de diyor ki:<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><em>\"Metinler, \u0130bn-i At\u0131yye&rsquo;nin, ifade etti\u011finden daha fazlas\u0131na tan\u0131kl\u0131k etmektedir. Geriye tart\u0131\u015fmal\u0131 olan, &ldquo;\u0130kra&rdquo; ve &ldquo;Zehraveyn&rdquo; (Bakara&rdquo; ve &Acirc;l-i \u0130mran) gibi &ccedil;ok az bir b&ouml;l&uuml;m&uuml; kalmaktad\u0131r.\"<\/em>&nbsp;(M&uuml;slim; hadis no: 804)<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">&nbsp; Buhari (4739) numara ile, Abdullah \u0130bn Mes&rsquo;&ucirc;d&rsquo;un \u015f&ouml;yle dedi\u011fini rivayet etmi\u015ftir:<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><em>\"Ben&icirc; \u0130srail (\u0130sra) S&ucirc;resi, Kehf, Meryem, T&acirc;h&acirc; ve Enbiya (s&ucirc;releri) ilk d&ouml;nemlerden (ilk nazil olanlardan)d\u0131r. Bunlar, benim ilk okudu\u011fum s&ucirc;relerdir.\"<\/em><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">&nbsp; Ebu Ca&rsquo;fer en-Nahhas demi\u015ftir ki:<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><em>\"Do\u011fru olan; s&ucirc;relerin (mevcut) dizili\u015f s\u0131ras\u0131n\u0131n, Vasile&rsquo;nin: &ldquo;Tevrat&rsquo;\u0131n yerini, 7&nbsp; t\u0131val (uzun) sureler alm\u0131\u015f\u0131r&rdquo;&nbsp; hadisi gere\u011fince, Peygamber (s.a.v) taraf\u0131ndan oldu\u011fudur. Bu hadis; Kur&rsquo;an&rsquo;\u0131n yaz\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n Peygamber -sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem-&rsquo;den al\u0131nma oldu\u011funa delildir.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">&nbsp; \u0130bn-i Hacer \u015f&ouml;yle diyor:<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><em>\"Baz\u0131 s&ucirc;relerin veya bir&ccedil;o\u011funun, arka arkaya s\u0131ralan\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n, tevk&icirc;f&icirc; olmas\u0131 m&uuml;mk&uuml;nd&uuml;r. Buna delil ise, Ahmed (b. Hanbel) ve Ebu Dav&ucirc;d&rsquo;un, Evs b. Huzeyfe&rsquo;den rivayet ettikleri \u015fu s&ouml;zd&uuml;r. O \u015f&ouml;yle demi\u015ftir:<\/em><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><em>'Sabah oldu\u011funda, Ras&ucirc;lullah -sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem-&rsquo;in ashab\u0131na, &ldquo;Kur&rsquo;an&rsquo;\u0131 hiziplere<\/em><\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">&nbsp;Kur&rsquo;an&rsquo;\u0131n hiziplere&nbsp; b&ouml;l&uuml;nmesi i\u015fi, sahabe zaman\u0131nda sureler dikkate al\u0131narak yap\u0131lmaktayd\u0131. Sahabe-i Kiram, Kur&rsquo;an&rsquo;\u0131 genellikle 7 hizbe ay\u0131r\u0131yor ve her gece bir hizip okumak suretiyle 7 gecede tamam\u0131n\u0131 bitiriyorlard\u0131. Ancak, Abbasi devrinde Haccac ibn Yususf&rsquo;un emriyle her c&uuml;z 2 hizbe, her hizibde 4 rubu&rsquo;a ayr\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130slam d&uuml;nyas\u0131nda yayg\u0131nla\u015fan \u015fekilde bu olmu\u015ftur. Bu taksim&rsquo;de harf say\u0131lar\u0131 dikkate yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Mufassallar\u0131n hizbi, &ldquo;Kaf&rdquo; s&ucirc;resinden, Kur&rsquo;an&rsquo;\u0131n sonuna kadar olan k\u0131s\u0131md\u0131r&rdquo;. Bu ise, s&ucirc;relerin dizili\u015finin -\u015fu an elimizde bulunan mushaflarda oldu\u011fu gibi- Ras&ucirc;lullah -sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem-'in devrinde de bu \u015fekilde oldu\u011funun delilidir. O devir de, di\u011ferlerinden farkl\u0131 olarak, &ouml;zellikle de mufassal (s&ucirc;relerin) dizili\u015finin bu (g&uuml;nk&uuml;) \u015fekilde olmas\u0131 kuvvetle muhtemeldir....\"<\/em>&nbsp;(Bkz.
