Bu da d&ouml;rt k\u0131s\u0131md\u0131r:<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">1. Harflerin tenkisi<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">2. Ancak, tevk&icirc;f&icirc; oldu\u011fu, baz\u0131 sah&acirc;benin ictihad\u0131d\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Kur&rsquo;an s&ucirc;relerinin tertibi konusunda, - &Ouml;rne\u011fin, Abdullah b. Me&rsquo;ud Mushaf\u0131, di\u011fer Mushaflar\u0131n s\u0131ralamas\u0131ndan farkl\u0131 olmakla beraber- sah&acirc;be aras\u0131nda icma&rsquo; yoktur.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">S&uuml;nnette de, c&acirc;iz oldu\u011funu te&rsquo;yid eden (deliller) vard\u0131r:<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">1). Huzeyfe -Allah ondan r&acirc;z\u0131 olsun- demi\u015ftir ki:<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\"Bir gece Ras&ucirc;lullah -sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem- ile namaz k\u0131ld\u0131m. Bakara s&ucirc;resiyle ba\u015flad\u0131, 100. (&acirc;yette) r&uuml;ku&rsquo;ya gider dedim, sonra devam etti. Bu rek&acirc;t\u0131 bununla k\u0131lar dedim. Ama devam etti. Sonra Nis&acirc; (s&ucirc;resine) ge&ccedil;ti ve onu okuduktan sonra da Al-i \u0130mran&rsquo;a ba\u015flayarak onu okudu...\" (M&uuml;slim; hadis no: 772).<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Hadisteki delil, Nis&acirc; suresini &Acirc;l-i \u0130mran s&ucirc;resinin &ouml;nce okumas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Nevevi:<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Kad\u0131 \u0130yaz; bu hadiste, &ldquo;s&ucirc;relerin dizili\u015fi, m&uuml;sl&uuml;manlar\u0131n mushaf\u0131 yazarken kendi ictihadlar\u0131yla olu\u015fmu\u015ftur&rdquo; diyenler i&ccedil;in delil vard\u0131r; bu dizili\u015fin,Peygamber -sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem-&rsquo;den de\u011fil, bilakis ondan sonraki &uuml;mmetinin (bir ictihad\u0131)&rsquo;d\u0131r, demi\u015ftir. Ayr\u0131ca, bu, M&acirc;lik b. Enes ve &acirc;limlerin &ccedil;o\u011funlu\u011funun g&ouml;r&uuml;\u015f&uuml;d&uuml;r.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Kad\u0131 Ebu Bekir el-B&acirc;k\u0131ll&acirc;n&icirc;&rsquo; de bu g&ouml;r&uuml;\u015f&uuml; se&ccedil;mi\u015ftir.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\u0130bn-i B&acirc;k\u0131ll&acirc;n&icirc;: \"Bu iki g&ouml;r&uuml;\u015ften en do\u011fru olan\u0131d\u0131r\", demi\u015ftir.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Yine \u015f&ouml;yle demi\u015ftir.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\"Bizim dedi\u011fimiz \u015fey: Yaz\u0131l\u0131\u015fta, namazda, derste ve e\u011fitim (esnas\u0131nda) s&ucirc;relerin s\u0131ralan\u0131\u015f\u0131na ri&acirc;yet etmek, gerekli de\u011fildir. Peygamber -sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem-&rsquo;den bu hususta herhangi bir hadis de yoktur. Bu (dizili\u015fe) uymaman\u0131n s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 da yoktur. Bu y&uuml;zden, Osman Mushaf\u0131&rsquo;ndan &ouml;nceki mushaflar (\u0131n her biri) farkl\u0131 farkl\u0131 olmu\u015ftur.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Der ki:<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\"Peygamber -sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem- ve ondan sonra da &uuml;mmeti, her as\u0131rda, namazda, derste ve okuma s\u0131ras\u0131nda, s&ucirc;relerin s\u0131ralamas\u0131na uymamamay\u0131 c&acirc;iz saym\u0131\u015flard\u0131r.\"<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Yine demi\u015ftir ki:<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\"\u0130lim ehlinden baz\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n: 'S&ucirc;relerin dizili\u015fi, Osman Mushaf\u0131'nda oldu\u011fu &uuml;zere, Peygamber -sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem-'in emridir, - mushaflardaki farkl\u0131l\u0131klar, kendilerine tevkif emri ula\u015fmadan &ouml;nce ve Cebrail -aleyhissel&acirc;m-'\u0131n son tekrar\u0131ndan &ouml;nce idi' diyenlerin s&ouml;z&uuml;ne; 'Evet, Ras&ucirc;lullah -sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem- &ouml;nce Nis&acirc; s&ucirc;resini, sonra da &Acirc;l-i \u0130mran s&ucirc;resini okumu\u015ftur.&Ccedil;&uuml;nk&uuml; tevkif ve tertipten &ouml;nce dizili\u015f b&ouml;yleydi ve bu iki s&ucirc;re Ubeyy b. Ka'b Mushaf\u0131'nda da b&ouml;yledir.&rdquo; \u015feklinde yorumlan\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Yine der ki:<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\"Namaz k\u0131lan birinin, birinci rek&acirc;tta okudu\u011fu s&ucirc;reden &ouml;nceki bir s&ucirc;reyi ikinci rek&acirc;tta okumas\u0131n\u0131n c&acirc;iz oldu\u011funda ihtilaf yoktur. Yine de en iyisini Allah Te&acirc;l&acirc; bilir. (M&uuml;slim \u015eerhi; c: 6, s: 61-62).<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">es- Sind&icirc; \u015f&ouml;yle demi\u015ftir:<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\"Sonra Al-i \u0130mran&rsquo;a ba\u015flad\u0131\" s&ouml;z&uuml;n&uuml;n gere\u011fi, k\u0131raatta s&ucirc;reler aras\u0131nda tertibin gerekli olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131d\u0131r. (Nesa&icirc; \u015eerhi; c: 3, s: 22).<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">2. Enes b. M&acirc;lik'ten -Allah ondan r&acirc;z\u0131 olsun-: Ensar&rsquo;dan bir adam, Kub&acirc; Mescidi&rsquo;nde kendilerine imaml\u0131k yap\u0131yordu. Namazda onlara, herhangi bir s&ucirc;reyi okuyaca\u011f\u0131 zaman mutlaka evvela (( \u0642\u0644 \u0647\u0648 \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647 \u0623\u062d\u062f)) \"De ki: O Allah bir tekdir\" ile ba\u015flar, sonuna kadar okur ve sonra onunla birlikte ba\u015fka (bir s&ucirc;re) okurdu.Bunu her rek&acirc;tta yapard\u0131. Ras&ucirc;lullah -sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem-'e geldi\u011finde durumu bildirdiler. Bunun &uuml;zerine Ras&ucirc;lullah -sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem- ona \u015f&ouml;yle sordu:<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">- Ey falanca! Arkada\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n istedi\u011fi gibi yapman\u0131 engelleyen nedir? Seni, bu s&ucirc;reyi her rek&acirc;tta okumaya iten nedir?<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">&nbsp; - Ben bunu (bu s&ucirc;reyi okumay\u0131) seviyorum, dedi.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">&nbsp;Ras&ucirc;lullah -sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem-:<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">- Ona olan sevgin seni cennete girdirdi, dedi. Hadis no: 2901).&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Buradaki delil: Adam\u0131n, namaz\u0131nda (kendisinden &ouml;nceki s&ucirc;relerden) &ouml;nce ihl&acirc;s s&ucirc;resini okumas\u0131 ve Peygamber -sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem-&rsquo;in de bunu onaylamas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">3.
