His Eminence Sheikh Abdul-Muhsin ibn Muhammad Al-Qasim, may Allah preserve him,delivered the Friday khutbah entitled, “The Last Ten Nights and the Night of Decree”, inwhich he talked about seizing the opportunity of the last ten nights of Ramadan byperforming acts of obedience to Allah, practising i‘tikaf (seclusion in the mosque forworshipping Allah), reading the Qur’an, and supplicating, among other acts of obedience.He also stressed the importance of seeking Laylatul-Qadr (the Night of Decree) andspending it in voluntary night prayers, supplication, and other good deeds.
