His Eminence Sheikh Ali ibn Abdur-Rahman Al-Hudhaifi, may Allah preserve him,delivered the Friday khutbah entitled, “Reflecting on the Worldly Life”, in which hetalked about the true meaning of the worldly life and man’s brief stay in it, showing thatthis should prompt every Muslim to take advantage of his time by doing acts ofobedience to Allah and avoiding evil deeds. In the course of his stirring sermon, he citeda number of Qur’anic verses and Prophetic hadiths to substantiate these ideas.
